Next Generation Fuel (“NextGen Fuel,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a fuel distribution, fuel management, and commercial energy solutions company serving retail, commercial, fleet, wholesale, emergency response, and generator fueling customers.

This Privacy Policy governs all data collected through:

  • Client service engagements

  • Fuel delivery, fleet card, and fuel management services Emergency fueling, generator fueling, and related service requests

  • Customer support and account communications

  • Contact forms, quote requests, and other online submissions

  • SMS/text messaging platforms

  • Voice, chatbot, and digital communication systems

  • Marketing campaigns and automation platforms

2. Categories of Information Collected

We may collect and process personal identifiers, commercial and transactional data, fleet and fuel-service information, AI interaction data, and if applicable, biometric information.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

NextGen Fuel integrates artificial intelligence tools and automation systems into its services. These systems may:

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may require human review.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Compliance

NextGen Fuel may send SMS communications for:

By providing a mobile number, users consent to receive recurring automated informational and marketing messages.

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Users may opt out at any time by replying:

    • STOP to unsubscribe

    • HELP for assistance


No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including:

  • Encryption where appropriate

  • Access controls and authentication

  • Vendor contractual safeguards

  • Monitoring and logging systems

  • Secure handling of customer, billing, and service-related records

  • Reasonable safeguards for delivery, fleet, and account information
     

No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, NextGen Fuel will comply with applicable state and federal notification laws.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze site traffic, and improve our services.

Cookies may collect information such as:

  • IP address

  • Device identifiers

  • Pages visited

  • Interaction behavior

9. Biometric Information Compliance

If NextGen Fuel collects, captures, receives, or otherwise obtains biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined under applicable biometric privacy laws, the following applies:

A. Definitions

“Biometric identifier” may include voiceprints, facial geometry scans, and similar identifiers as defined by applicable law.

B. Written Notice & Consent

Before collecting biometric identifiers, NextGen Fuel will:

  • Inform the individual in writing

  • State the specific purpose of collection

  • Disclose the applicable retention schedule

  • Obtain written release where required

C. Retention & Destruction Policy

Biometric data will be retained only:

  • For the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection

  • Or until the earlier of:

    • The initial purpose being satisfied

    • The expiration of the applicable legal retention period
       

Biometric data will then be permanently destroyed in a secure manner.

D. No Sale of Biometric Data

NextGen Fuel does not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric identifiers.

E. Disclosure Restrictions

Biometric data will not be disclosed unless:

  • Required by law

  • Authorized by the individual

  • Necessary to complete a transaction requested by the individual

  • Necessary to provide a requested service or support function

10. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Fulfill service obligations

  • Manage customer accounts and service history

  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements

  • Resolve disputes

  • Maintain business records

  • Support safety, fraud prevention, and compliance needs
     

When data is no longer reasonably required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely retain it in accordance with applicable law and business requirements.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may:
